Candidate Evaluation Process for UCSL Recruitment 2026
- Assistant Manager: You will go through Selection procedure which consists of an Objective Test, Personal Interview and a PowerPoint Presentation.
- Objective Test: 50 marks with 50 MCQs within 60 minutes.
- Interview: The Personal Interview will have 20 marks.
- Presentation: The PowerPoint Presentation on work experience will have 30 marks.
- Supervisor: Selection process will include an Objective Test, Descriptive Test and PowerPoint Presentation.
