Rajasthan Police SI Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 1015 Posts
Posted on: July 23, 2025Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the Sub-Inspector/ Platoon Commander Recruitment 2025 notification for 1015 posts under the Home (Group-1) Department. Eligible candidates holding a recognized degree and meeting the physical standards are invited to apply online between 10th August 2025 and 8th September 2025. The selection process includes a written examination, physical efficiency test and interview.

Note: Candidates must be in good mental and physical health, certified by a notified Medical Authority.
Selection Process
- Written Examination: Objective type with two papers – General Hindi and General Knowledge & General Science.
- Each paper is of 2 hours duration and carries 200 marks.
- Minimum qualifying marks are 36% in each paper and 40% in aggregate (relaxation of 5 marks for SC/ ST candidates).
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Carries 100 marks; minimum 50% qualifying is required.
- Interview and Aptitude Test: Carries 50 marks; conducted for candidates up to three times the number of vacancies (except SC/ ST candidates).
- Interview Qualifying Marks: 36% for General, 30% for Women/ SC/ ST/ BC/ MBC/ EWS.
- Final Merit List: Based on aggregate marks with 45% qualifying for General and 40% for Women/ SC/ ST/ BC/ MBC/ EWS.

- Visit the official RPSC website at https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in or login via the SSO portal at https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Access the “Recruitment Portal” under the Citizen Apps (G2C) section.
- Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process if not already done.
- Use your SSO ID to log in and select the appropriate recruitment advertisement.
- Fill out the online application form with accurate personal, academic and category details.
- Choose the order of preference for the post (AP, IB, RAC) and area (Scheduled/Non-Scheduled) as applicable.
- Upload the required documents including a recent live photograph, signature and left thumb impression.
- Pay the applicable application fee as per your category using the available online payment modes.
