Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise in the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Govt. of India, invites online applications for 79 vacancies, 37 are lateral and 42 are Trainee Officer. Selection Process
- Shortlisting (1:15 ratio) followed by personal interview. Outstation candidates will be reimbursed 2nd AC rail/bus fare.
- CBT held at 21 cities, 90 marks for domain-specific MCQs and 60 marks for General Aptitude, duration 2 hours.
- Descriptive test for official language carries 70 marks with no negative marking.
- Negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer applies, except for the descriptive test.
- Shortlisting for interview is done at a 1:5 ratio.
- Final selection is based on 80% CBT score and 20% interview score.
- SC/ST candidates are reimbursed 2nd sleeper train fare for attending CBT
