Employees’ State Insurance Corporation has released a contract basis ESIC Tutor/Demonstrator Recruitment 2025 notification under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Selection Process
- Walk in interview: The candidate is expected to appear in person on November 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Chamber of the Dean, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati-22 with all original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Document Verification: Complete mandatory verification of all educational, registration, caste/EWS, NOC and experience certificates strictly within 9:00 AM-9:30 AM and only about the candidates successfully verified proceeds to interview.
- Personal Interview by Selection Board: Face an interview by the competent Selection Board to test academic knowledge, teaching aptitude, clinical teaching or research experience and suitability for the Tutor/Demonstrator position.
- Medical fitness test: Shortlisted candidates will need to undergo a full medical fitness test as per ESIC standard which proves their capacity as physically and mentally able to perform the duties of teaching and demonstration efficiently.
- Appointment offer & Security Deposit: In case of final selection, receive the Offer of Appointment, deposit a Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) in favor of “ESI Fund Account No. 1”, payable at Guwahati and join immediately as per ESIC requirements.
