Selection Process
- The eligibility of applications shall be determined through scrutiny of qualifications and documents.
- For the purpose of preparing the merit list, academic grades + relevant work experience shall be taken into consideration.
- Interviews or skill tests shall be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
- Marks obtained in the written test and interviews or skill tests combining experience shall determine the final merit list.
- The District Child Protection Committee shall notify the selected candidates with orders of appointment from the final merit list.
