Eligibility & Qualifications

• The candidates should be ITI Passed in the respective trade from recognized ITI institutes by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) with a valid ITI certificate.
• All the eligible candidates are only eligible for this HAL NCVT ITI Vacancy.
• Applicants must possess a valid ITI certificate along with mark sheets of all semesters.
• Candidates that have already received training in an apprenticeship program or are taking apprenticeship programs of the same trade under the Apprentices Act.
• Candidates who are currently enrolled in the Centre of Excellence (COE) scheme examinations are not eligible to apply.

Salary & Incentives

• Stipend: Selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend, as per the relevant rules, amendments and amendments to the Apprentices act 1961.
• Stipend Amount: The stipend amount will follow the prevailing rates fixed by the Government of India for ITI Trade Apprentices.
• Payment Duration: HAL will pay out the stipend each month, throughout the whole 12 month apprenticeship training period and that’s it.
• Other Benefits: The apprentices will get only the single fixed stipend. There wont be any extra allowances or other perks provided, period.

• Age limit will be followed strictly as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and its subsequent amendments.

• Merit Weightage: 70% weightage for SSC / 10th Class marks and 30% weightage for ITI marks.

There are no written tests, but the candidates have to put their effort in getting maximum SSC and ITI percentage to get maximum merit. Recommended books include:

• NCERT Maths, Science and English books (class 10th).
• Official NCVT / SCVT ITI Trade Theory books for the respective trades.
• Any trade objective guidebooks from the following publishers: ITI Trade Objective Guidebooks, Arihant, RPH or Khanna Publishers.
