Recruitment Stages
- Candidates will be selected based on multiple stages, including a preliminary written test, a main written test and physical tests conducted by BPSSC for government jobs in Bihar.
- The preliminary exam will include 100 objective-type questions covering General Knowledge and technical subjects. The test will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours.
- The main exam will comprise of a Qualifying language paper and an in-depth Technical paper based on the specialization in the Diploma course done by the candidate.
- Physical efficiency will be measured by a running test, which involves running of 1 mile by Male candidate and 1 km by female candidate. Male candidate has to complete running in 7 minutes and females in same time or less.
- Candidates must achieve top marks in the technical paper of the main exam and meet the physical standards to qualify for selection.
