Selection Process for ESIC KK Nagar Recruitment 2026
- Candidates have to present their filled-in application form along with original documents from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- The committee examines each application and only those applicants who have made payment of the application fee will be interviewed.
- In case of more than ten applications for one post, ESIC will hold an MCQ-based screening test.
- For each post, ESIC invites only the top five scorers of the screening test for the interview process.
- Grades obtained during screening are not used for final selection. The Selection Board makes selections on the basis of interview scores.
- The eligibility criteria for PwD candidates are as per the Government of India reservations and category vacancies.

Key Guidelines Every Doctor Should Follow
- Tenure: Work for three years, evaluated annually by performance review. ESIC will not give you tenure after that period.
- Regular Engagement: The engagement does not provide any guarantee for or preference towards permanent employment.
- Security Deposit: Rs. 30,000/- to be paid as Security Deposit while joining. The Security Deposit will be forfeited if you leave the company before one year from date of joining ESIC.
- Agreement: You have to sign an agreement in Rs. 100/- Stamp paper.
- Multiple Applications: In case ESIC allows Multiple applications, apply for each department separately.
- Category Certificate: Candidates belonging to OBC Category shall furnish their certificate in the Central Government format.
- Service Conditions: Attendance shall be mandatory and Duty could involve Emergency and Ward Duty etc. Candidates desirous of Latest Government Jobs in India shall consider the above conditions.
- Termination: Notice period shall be one month and unexplained absence for fifteen days could lead to termination of contract and loss of deposit.
