Stages Involved in Faculty Selection

• Eligible applicants are required to fill the Google form and they should also upload the hardcopy application in the stipulated time.
• All the applications will be screened by the Search cum Selection Committee, based on the Bio-data sent by the candidate.
• Shortlisting will be done on the basis of their suitability and the candidates will be called for a Personal Interview.

• Deputation Duration: The institute may extend the 3-year deputation period under DoPT rules and guidelines.
• Contract Eligibility: Retired Professors and Additional Professor of INIs and Govt. Medical Colleges up to 68 years can apply.
• Contract Period: The initial term of appointment will be for a period of up to one year, extendable for a further year until 70 years of age or the post being filled regularly.
• Leave and Notice: There’s a 30 days leave on a yearly basis for consultants and the contract can be brought to an end one month notice from either side.
