Age Limits Prescribed for the Posts
- Senior Assistant (Civil/Electrical/Architecture) and Assistant (Accounts): Up to 28 years
- Junior Stenographer and Junior Assistant (General Cadre): Up to 27 years

Salary Structure and Pay Scales

Selection Process for ITPO Recruitment 2026
- ITPO will consider the applications with respect to the eligibility criteria such as qualification in qualifying examination and experience.
- The merit list of the candidates will be prepared according to their total scores/rank in the respective SSC 2024 examination for posts such as Senior Assistant (Electrical), Assistant (Accounts), Senior Assistant (Civil), Junior Stenographer and Junior Assistant (General Cadre).
- For Senior Assistant (Architecture), ITPO will evaluate merit based on marks and ranking of candidates in GATE 2024, 2025 or 2026 in Architecture and Planning.
- Eligibility conditions of experience, wherever applicable, should be satisfied by applicants as per recruitment rules.
- Provisionally eligible applicants will be invited for documentation verification by ITPO.
