Hiring Procedure for Oil India Executive Recruitment 2026
- All the eligible candidates will first appear in a 100 marks, 90 minutes duration Computer Based Test (CBT), tentatively on December 28, 2026.
- The qualifying score is 50 marks for UR, OBC (NCL) and EWS; and 40 marks for SC, ST and PwBD.
- CBT qualifiers are called for Superintending Research Scientist & Senior Officer posts in a ratio of 1:5.
- The final score is 85 per cent of the CBT marks plus the interview marks and the list is ranked in descending order.
- In the case of Hindi Officer and Confidential Secretary, 1-2 candidates who qualified for CBT are selected for a skill test in shorthand, transcription, translation, essay writing and bilingual typing and it is an qualifying type test.
- Original documents are verified and employees of government department and PSUs have to produce a No Objection Certificate.
- Candidates who have made the cut will be inducted into the Government Jobs in Assam, primarily at Duliajan or any other working location.
