Selection Procedure for ESIC Bihta Senior Resident Recruitment 2026

Service Conditions Under the One-Year Contract
- Tenure: One year after date of joining, renewable according to satisfactory performance and need of the institution.
- Security Deposit: Rs. 20,000/- through DD in favor of ESI Fund Account No. 2 at SBI Bihta, which will be forfeited if the doctor resigns before a year.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement giving one month notice period. Immediate termination will result in deposit of one month’s salary.
- Attendance: Attendance will be taken manually as well as through AEBAS system daily.
- Rotation Duty: The doctors of General Medicine will be rotated in Medical ICU, Respiratory ICU, Dialysis unit and Casualty and General Surgery doctors will be rotated in Trauma ward and Surgical ICU.
- Absence Clause: Any absence exceeding 7 days will be treated as abandoning the job.
- Casualty Duty: It is mandatory for Orthopedics, General surgery and General Medicine doctors.
- Benefits: No PF, pension, gratuity, seniority and promotion claim as well as no private practice will be allowed.
- Travel Allowance: No TA/DA for attending the interview.
