Hiring Procedure for GSL Recruitment 2026
- Eligibility of the applicants is initially checked on the basis of the notified qualification, experience and age requirements.
- Those who have applied for the positions other than Junior Manager are selected and are contacted for interview directly.
- If there are a large number of applications, the shortlisting criteria will be raised by management.
- The Junior Manager role is a 85 mark written test and 15 mark interview.
- The written test qualifying marks are 50 percent for candidates from UR and EWS category, and 45 percent for the candidates from SC, ST, OBC(NCL) and PwBD category.
- The qualifying marks for the UR and EWS candidates is 50 percent and reserved category candidates is 45 percent in the interview.
- The merit is prepared at the end of the process for the posts of Junior Manager and on the basis of interview for others and the selected candidates will ordinarily be posted at the company’s headquarters in the State of Goa for Government Jobs in Goa.

- Go to the official website www.goashipyard.in and click on “Notice Board“.
- Click on the “Careers” link and then click on the “Advertisement” page.
- Click on Direct Recruitment “Advertisement No. 06/2026 (FOR EXECUTIVE)“.
- Carefully read the complete advertisement, eligibility conditions and terms before applying.
