Hiring Process for EIL Recruitment 2026

• Candidates who have registered online and taken a print out of the application with a valid registration number will be called for the walk in interview.
• EIL shall notify the date, time and place of interview through e-mail to the registered candidates who should be in a position to attend the interview at short notice.
• Selection Process takes place at EIL office in Gurugram, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata where reporting is from 8:00 AM.
• Applications & certificates are checked on interview day for eligibility to the post applied.
• Candidates who satisfy all educational and experience criteria only are called for the personal interview which may last up to 8:00PM followed by the next day.
• Selected candidates should report only upon being declared physically fit and this is time sensitive so early reporting is expected.

Fixed-Term Conditions and Benefits

• First Tenure: EIL provides a 2-year contract with the possibility of extending for 1 additional year (up to 3 years).
• Contract Duration: Employment shall be upon the expiry of the contract or upon EIL’s early termination of it.
• No Regular Claim: Fixed-term appointment at EIL cannot be regularized.
• Medical Insurance: In case of self, payment of the medical insurance premium is reimbursed by EIL up to Rs. 2,00,000/- p.a.
• Medical Cover: EIL employees on posting to the overseas locations will get the medical benefits as per EIL medical scheme.
• Leave and Benefits: Leave granted is 2 days per month after complete working and overseas living allowance and R&R benefits under company policy.

Steps to Register Online for EIL Recruitment 2026

• Visit the official website of EIL at https://recruitment.eil.co.in/
• Click on the advertisement titled as “Adv No: HRD/RECTT./ADVT./2026-27/11“.
• Please read all the instructions and eligibility requirements on the website before applying.
• Have a scanned colour photograph, in JPG format, of less than 75KB and a signature of less than 25Kb to upload.
• Complete the online application with all the information and apply solely to one job; the final form is considered final.
• Round off the values of percentage of marks to the nearest whole and the CGPA to the nearest decimal point, for instance 60.9 as 60 and 6.95 as 6.9.
• Enter a valid email address from which you have to receive your interview call letter. Applicants are also issued with interview intimation only via their registered email addresses which have to be active for a minimum of 24 months.
